appointed Lead Designer, providing full
architectural services including design
development, planning and technical
delivery, on the new-build Care Home for
client Care Build and operator Avery. The
scheme is currently on-site, scheduled for
completion early 2024.
The Care Home encompasses circa 72 beds
with en-suite facilities, specialist dementia
care, staff accommodation, large cafe,
hairdressers, cinema and pub.
The design takes into account the proposed
adjacent housing development and local
building vernacular.
