Jefferson Sheard Architects were
commissioned to design a mixed-use
community Primary Care scheme as part of
a wider town redevelopment. Our services
included site analysis and optioneering to
maximise the usage of the 2.7-acre site. Key
considerations included close proximity to a
conservation area and historic buildings.
The scheme design included restaurants,
shops and attractive landscaping / public
realm enhancement at ground level with a
Primary Care facility at first floor.
